VISION
MINISTRIES

ABOUT US
Vision Ministries was birthed in 1984 by Bishop John Valentin right after graduating from Lee University. The first building was a house that was located on McCallie Avenue. In 1987, Vision moved to a store front church on 3450 Brainerd Road. Three years passed and Vision continued to grow in power and influence. In 1990, Bishop Valentin set his eyes on a building located on Midland Pike. Though the church was still young, and resources were limited, God miraculously provided for Vision. The dedication ceremony was done by Reverend Esron Grey, who is currently presiding as overseer of St. John and St. Kipps. This was seen as a time of crossing over into a new land, which was physically represented by twelve individuals grabbing twelve stones from the Brainerd Road site and moving them to the Midland Pike site. Since the transition, Vision has remained a powerful, prominent presence in the city of Chattanooga!
